- In a crowded anchorage, especially if there is swell, anchoring close to the swimming buoys and running out a stern anchor towards the beach may be a good way to get a beach.
- Ibiza port is horrendously busy in the summer, best avoided.
- Being independent for water and electricity is a big help.
- You can get large containers of waters (8ltr) in many grocers.
- You need protection from the sun.
